Samsung Email

How to add your Stack Hosting email to Samsung Email

Add your Stack Hosting email to the Samsung Email app (common on Galaxy phones) using IMAP and the imap.stackmail.com / smtp.stackmail.com servers.

Samsung Email asks for the same stackmail IMAP/SMTP details used across Stack Hosting — useful if you searched for stackmail.com settings or stackmail IMAP instructions for Android.

1. Open Samsung Email

  • Open the Email app (Samsung Email).
  • If you already have accounts, tap the menu → Settings → Add account.
  • On first launch, tap Add account.

2. Enter your email and password

  • Enter your full Stack Hosting email address and mailbox password.
  • Tap Sign in / Manual setup if automatic setup fails.
  • Choose IMAP account (not POP3 or Microsoft Exchange).

3. Enter IMAP and SMTP servers

Username is your full email address. Enter:

Mail server settings

Use these details when the app asks for server settings. Username is always your full email address.

IMAP server (incoming) imap.stackmail.com
IMAP port 993
IMAP security SSL/TLS
SMTP server (outgoing) smtp.stackmail.com
SMTP port 465
SMTP security SSL/TLS

4. Finish sync options

  • Set sync period and notifications as you prefer.
  • Tap Done / Next and wait for mail to download.

Done. Your Stack Hosting mailbox should now appear in Samsung Email.

Troubleshooting: Make sure you are using your full email address and mailbox password. Prefer Gmail or Outlook on Android? See our other mobile email guides.
